Frigorífico Pando processes and exports Halal-certified lamb offal — including heart, liver, and kidney — for food importers in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Lamb offal represents high-value by-product revenue from our lamb processing programme and is processed to the same strict hygiene standards as our primary cuts.
All lamb offal is processed under Halal supervision, blast-frozen at −18°C within 30 minutes of harvest, vacuum-packed or IQF (individually quick frozen), and packed in carton for FCL container dispatch. Consistent supply available as part of our ongoing lamb programme. Specifications for weight, packaging, inner-pack count, and labelling adjusted to importer requirements.
Lamb heart is a key export item for Middle Eastern markets. Lamb liver is exported to North Africa, EU, and Russia. Lamb kidney is in demand in the EU and Gulf. Country-specific export certificates and Halal religious documentation provided per shipment.
