Uruguayan Grass-Fed Beef Brisket — Specifications

The beef brisket is one of the most flavourful cuts on the carcass — a heavily worked pectoral muscle that rewards long, slow cooking with exceptional tenderness and deep, beefy richness. Frigorífico Pando's Uruguayan brisket comes from 100% grass-fed Hereford and Angus cattle raised on Uruguay's natural pampas, processed at our 150-hectare facility in Pando, Canelones.

Available boneless (flat and point) or full-packer brisket, fresh chilled or blast-frozen. Fat trim and portion specifications customised to buyer requirements. Strong demand from US BBQ pitmaster supply chains, Chinese hotpot and braised beef importers, and Middle Eastern slow-cook markets.

All brisket is traceable from birth farm to container through Uruguay's national individual-animal traceability system (SNIG/DICOSE), integrated with our SEIIC Black Box and K2B ERP backbone. Full USDA, EU, Halal, and BRC documentation provided per shipment.
